Research Interest研究方向:

Auxin has been considered as a key hormone in plant that can regulate every aspect of plant growth and development. Auxin is perceived by its receptor TIR1 in nucleus that can control gene expression. Our previous work identified a novel ABP1/TMK based auxin sensing complex on plasma membrane. Our group aimed to investigate the molecular mechanism about how ABP1/TMK regulate auxin dependent cell expansion, cell division and cell differentiation. In the meanwhile, we are also studying how auxin participates in other signaling pathways such as stress responses.
